Proposals for short courses to be offered to the Symposium attendees will be accepted.
PROPOSALS ARE DUE JUNE 15, 2014, and are to provide the following:
-biosketches of all participating instructors
-an agenda and overview of the proposed course content
-an outline of the course materials to be provided to attendees
Openings for courses will be available on Monday 8 September and Thursday 11
September afternoon. Please state the date preferred.

If your proposal is accepted, you will be contacted to discuss details concerning scheduling and how course registration will be handled. Short descriptions of theCourses will be included in the Preliminary Program.
So far, we have proposals for the following Short Courses:
-Biological Waste Treatment
-Applied Statistics and Experimental Design for Environmental Problems
-Molecular Biology Fundamentals and Tools for Environmental Research
-Hydrogen and Fuel cells with Proton Exchange Membranes
A minimum of 15 registered attendees to the Course is required for course feasibility. A maximum of 30 registered attendees will be accepted for each course.
